How do I place an order?
Simply navigate to the wedding favors or wedding accessories you are interested in purchasing,enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the box. If there is an option for color or for personalization please enter the information and then click on the "Add to Cart" button.
After you have finished adding your item, you may continue shopping or checkout using the buttons found on your shopping cart page. Once you decide to check out, all transactions become secure and encrypted with SSL technology for protection of your personal and financial information.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
NO, we do not have a minimum order quantity with the exception of a select few personalized items as well as any favors that are sold in sets.
How do I enter personalization ?
When entering personalization pls use ( / ) to seperate each line. For Ex: Mary & Joe / Sept 23 08
Is there sales tax?
Residents of Ontario, Canada will be charged an additional 8% PST. This is due to the fact that our head office is located in Ontario. We do not charge GST at this time. All other states & provinces are tax exempt.
What is your currency?
At this time all of our items are in US Dollars.
Do you have a print catalogue?
Due to the fact that we are constantly adding new products we do not offer a printed catalogue.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Once your order has reached our distribution center, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We pride ourselves in offering top quality products and hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, if for any reason you are not happy you can return any unused item except personalized or edible items. We will refund your money minus shipping.
To make a return please send an e-mail to returns@yourweddingflare.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA). Please clearly mark this RA number on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RA number. This 10 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive via UPS or Insured Parcel post from anywhere in the country.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
If something should arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of recieving order. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS Ground Or UPS Standard to Canada service.
Depending on the extent of the damages, we may request to pick up the damaged merchandise and inspect them so that we may process a claim with UPS. If so, we will have UPS pick up the damaged merchandise at no charge to you.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada
**Your Wedding Flare is not responsible for any import taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees a third party carrier may charge for importing a Canada order. By purchasing from Your Wedding Flare you assume responsibility for any third party fees that may be charged.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship UPS and are required to have a physical address for delivery.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Your Wedding Flare uses UPS Ground for most of our shipping. We will occasionally use USPS Priority Mail or FedEx for ground deliveries if it is deemed more efficient. Shipping charges are calculated based on total order amount **See chart below. In-stock items will usually be shipped out in 3-5 business days. Some personalized items such as our personalized favor tags may take 5-7 business days to process before shipping.

Pls Note: Due to the fact that most of our items are personalized a majority of our items will ship directly from our manufacturers. For this reason, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. We ship directly from the manufacturer to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible and to eliminate any inflated shipping or product costs.
How do I track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped we will e-mail you a tracking number.
Backordered Items
If your order includes backordered products, your entire order will ship when the items become available. If you would like to have the rest of your order ship immediately pls order the backordered item seperately.
